RMR supplied and installed all the external fabric to the building including terracotta tiles, aluminium panels, SFS, fire barriers, UPVC windows and doors, aluminium curtain walling, rendered walls and aluminium louvres.

Our in-house design team worked alongside the architects to redesign the project.

The project was delivered on time to allow 700 students to move into their new apartments in September 2023.

The architect originally specified windows that required RMR to submit alternatives to keep within the overall budget, we successfully achieved this allowing the client to keep to his budget.

McAleer and Rushe handled all segregation and neighbour relationships.
