With over 40 years of experience and a background in structural engineering and construction, our Technical Director Ray Read is well equipped to offer comprehensive design advice.
In 2021, the business underwent a thorough review, resulting in the development of a comprehensive 5-year business plan. To support these plans, the directors have assembled a highly skilled and passionate team with extensive knowledge of the industry.
Our in-house design team includes architectural technicians, structural engineers and design consultants allowing us to save costs with external consultants.

We provide a full planning service for each project which includes detailed initial plans, method statements and risk assessments. This ensures the project is structured to follow a clear path from the outset. To ensure seamless execution, we appoint a dedicated contracts manager who will oversee and skilfully coordinate between the client, design team, and site teams.
