Phase 1 - Gt Ellingham, Collins Projects

RMR supplied and fitted flashings to phase 1 of this project in 2023 and have now commenced on phase 2 of this 7 phase housing development.

Phase 1 was delivered on time.

Phase 2 consists of fitting flashings and aluminium roofing to these new build houses. Work is progressing on time and on budget, due to the fact phase 1 tenants have moved into their homes we have to work very closely with both the Client and the neighbours to ensure that any problems are dealt with quickly.

We have areas cordoned off where works are being undertaken and no access is permitted into phase 1 areas without prior consent.

Total project value £1.6 million.
