RMR Construction Group operates across the UK construction sector as a main building contractor with specialist divisions in facades and airspace developments.

We've built our reputation on technical expertise and project delivery across residential, commercial, and public sector developments. As a main contractor, we manage complete building projects from initial feasibility through to handover. Our specialist divisions provide additional technical capability for complex envelope and airspace works, both on our own projects and as technical consultants to other major contractors.

Our in-house design capabilities and experienced construction teams mean we maintain control over quality and timescales throughout delivery. We handle the full scope of building works - groundworks, structure, envelope, fit-out - with specialist expertise deployed where projects demand it.

The company works with clients across multiple sectors who need reliable delivery on challenging sites. These are projects where regulatory compliance, technical precision, and programme certainty matter

 

Service Scope

As a building contractor, we deliver new builds, commercial extensions, refurbishments, and maintenance programmes across commercial, residential, and public sector projects.

Our in-house technical team handles design development, specialist surveys, and manages planning applications alongside building control submissions. This integration between design and construction reduces coordination issues and maintains programme flow across concurrent projects.

The specialist Facades division provides building envelope expertise - curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, composite systems, fire remediation and metal roofing. 

The Airspace Developments division focuses on adding floors to existing buildings using modular construction methods. Both divisions operate on RMR-led projects and as technical consultants to major contractors.

With regional teams operating from our Norwich headquarters and project offices nationwide, we maintain direct site presence across all active developments. 

This operational structure provides the flexibility to scale resources according to project demands while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Project Delivery
